Study TitleChicken/C. jejuni Bile Acid Study
Study SummaryCecal samples were isolated directly from the ceca of dissected chickens that were either experimentally infected with C. jejuni DRH212 or mock-infected with PBS. Cecal samples were re-suspended in Life Technologies 1X PBS based on weight of sample (1 ml/100 mg = 10-1 dilution) and stored at -80C.
