Study TitleInfluence of Noxa knockdown on cell metabolism
Study TypeMS analysis
Study SummaryStable clones of Control lentiviral (CLV) or lentiviral Noxa knockdown cells (NshLV7) (as described in Lowman et al, 2010) were counted at T-18hr and 60E6 cells were resuspended in 100ml of fresh complete medium. At T0 cells were counted again and 20E6 were collected into triplicate tubes. Cells were washed 1X with ice cold PBS and resuspended in 300ul ice cold methanol. Cells were then snap frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80C. An additional 10E6 cells were collected for protein concentration and Western blot analysis.
