ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	The Neonatal Neurobehavior and Outcomes in Very Preterm Infants cohort is a
ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	prospective study of infants born <30 weeks postmenstrual age who through
ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	ECHO are being followed from age 2 to 7 to understand the neurobehavioral and
ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	other health outcomes of very preterm infants. The goal is to identify
ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	environmental factors and behaviors that can place these children at greater
ST:STUDY_SUMMARY                 	risk for or provide protection from adverse developmental outcomes. Please

SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	Study samples were shipped from the Emory University Rollins School of Public
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	Health to the NC HHEAR Hub on dry ice. The NC HHEAR Hub thawed and transferred
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	50 µL of the study samples to a new set of tubes and used them for the
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	analysis. An additional 10 µL was taken from the original study sample and
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	transferred to another tube to make the total study pool for this project, and
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	then distributed with 50 µL per aliquot, used as quality control study pools
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	(QC study pools) throughout the whole analysis. All sample aliquots (50 µL
