The protein was precipitated with 800 μL of methanol and 10 μL of internal standard (2.9 mg/mL, DL-o-Chlorophenylalanine) was added. The samples were ground at 65 KHz for 90 s and centrifuged at 12000 rpm for 15 min at 4 °C. 200 μL of the supernatant was transferred into a vial for further analysis."},
