#SAMPLEPREP
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	The serum samples were thawed at room temperature and 100 μL was pipetted into
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	centrifuge tubes (1.5 mL) in preparation for extraction. The protein was
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	precipitated with 300 μL of methanol, and 10 μL of internal standard (2.9
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	mg/mL, DL-o-Chlorophenylalanine) was added. The samples were vortexed for 30 s
