SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	3000rpm for 30s, and centrifuged at 21,000 × g at 4 oC for 10 min. An aliquot
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	of 200 uL supernatant was transferred to HPLC vials and analyzed by LC/MS.
