ACADM is an enzyme responsible for the metabolism of ST:STUDY_SUMMARY medium chain fatty acids (C4-C12). A round of selection was performed using ST:STUDY_SUMMARY puromycin to ensure only cells that had been transduced survived. Knockdown of ST:STUDY_SUMMARY ACADM was confirmed via western blot. Pellets were collected by centrifuging ST:STUDY_SUMMARY cells for 10 min at max speed. The pellets were washed and each sample was split ST:STUDY_SUMMARY into quadruplicate.
