#COLLECTION
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY Urinary Bladder Tissue (UBT) specimens collected from 26 patients who have
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY undergone surgical treatment for NMIBC at KGMU, Lucknow.Informed consent was
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY obtained from all the patients and protocols were approved by KGMU Ethical
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY Committee. On the basis of visual screening by the surgeons tissue specimens
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY includes NMIBC lesions and adjacent tissues of urinary bladder. The tissues
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY specimens were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen during surgical resection and
CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY stored in cryo-vials at -80 degree Centigrade till Spectral recording.
CO:SAMPLE_TYPE Tissue Specimen
#TREATMENT
TR:TREATMENT_SUMMARY Stored urinary bladder tissues were thawed to room temperature. Then saline
TR:TREATMENT_SUMMARY water used to washed these specimens.
#SAMPLEPREP
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY The wet tissues were dissected to weighted of 34 mg then transferred into 50 μl
