Clean up step for GC only (and SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY pooling) Resuspend the dried aliquot with 500 μL 3:3:2 (v/v/v) ACN:IPA:H2O SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY (degassed as given above) and vortex for about 10 sec.
