TR:TREATMENT_SUMMARY             	Germ-free BALB/c mice were bred in isolators and transferred to iso-cages prior
TR:TREATMENT_SUMMARY             	to experimental feeding and/or 14SM colonization. Mice were fed on their
TR:TREATMENT_SUMMARY             	respective diets for 40 days and then sacrificed by cervical dislocation.

SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	Cecal contents were lyophilized using a VD-800R lyophilizer (TAITEC) for 24
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	hours. Freeze-dried samples were disrupted with 3.0-mm Zirconia Beads
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	(Biomedical Science) by vigorous shaking (1,500 rpm for 10 min) using Shake
