Liver transcriptome analysis of THRB deficient PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY (THRBKO) mice under normal chow conditions revealed a markedly modest impact of PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY THRB deletion. Temporal transcriptome and lipidome profiling uncovered PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY significant alterations in diurnal metabolic rhythms attributable to THRB PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY deficiency pointing to a pro-steatotic state with elevated levels of PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY cholesterol, tri- and diacylglycerides, and fatty acids.
