Data were analyzed with MZmine and features were aligned MS:MS_COMMENTS for identification across samples. The metabolites were searched against the MS:MS_COMMENTS Southeastern Center for Integrated Metabolomics (SECIM) metabolite library using MS:MS_COMMENTS retention time and corresponding mass spectral data. Lipids isolated from Folch MS:MS_COMMENTS extraction procedure were also analyzed by the same instrument.
