The samples were then sonicated in SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY ice-cold water using BiorupterTM UCD-200 sonicator for 5 min (30 s sonication SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY and 30 s rest cycle; high voltage mode). For MS/MS, the following settings are MS:MS_COMMENTS used: isolation window width 1.2 m/z with an offset of 0.5 m/z, stepped NCE MS:MS_COMMENTS at 10, 15, and 25 a.u., minimum AGC 5E2, and dynamic
