Mass MS:MS_COMMENTS spectrometry analysis was performed in positive ion mode with dynamic scheduled MS:MS_COMMENTS multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Mass spectrometry settings and MRM MS:MS_COMMENTS transitions for each lipid class, subclass and individual species are shown in MS:MS_COMMENTS Tables 1 and S1.
