Separation was achieved using the following gradient: 0-3.5 min: 95% B, 3.6-8 min: 85% B, 8.1-13 min: 75% B, 14-30 min: 0% B, 31-41 min: 95% B, 41.1 min: end. The flow rate was 250 µL/min. |
