| Collection Summary: | Murine CD8 cells were isolated from lymph nodes and spleen using negative selection with CD8+ T cell isolation kit (for generation of CAR-T cells) (Miltenyi, order# 130-104-075) or positive selection (for OT-I CD8 cells) with CD8 (Ly-2) Microbeads (Miltenyi, order# 130-117-044). Mouse CD8 cells were activated with plate-bound anti-CD3 (5 g/ml) and soluble anti-CD28 mAbs (1 g/ml) for 48h for WT and cMCJ KO CD8 studies and OT-I CD8 cells studies. |
