| Collection Summary: | Fresh pine needles were collected from forests of Pinus koraiensis located in Benxi (41°4′17″ N, 124°29′58″ E, 578 m, 965.9 hPa) , Liaoning province, China. From May to September, 2020, fresh needles were collected on a monthly basis, and brought back to laboratory to prepare needle leachates. Every 150 g of fresh needles collected from Pinus koraiensis on a monthly basis during May to September were soaked in 1000 ml of sterilized water for 48 hours at room temperature, and subsequently filtered twice using qualitative filter paper through suction filtration. The aqueous leachates with a concentration of 150 g/L were stored at 4 °C for further analysis. |
