Collection Summary: | Urinary Bladder Tissue (UBT) specimens collected from 26 patients who have undergone surgical treatment for NMIBC at KGMU, Lucknow.Informed consent was obtained from all the patients and protocols were approved by KGMU Ethical Committee. On the basis of visual screening by the surgeons tissue specimens includes NMIBC lesions and adjacent tissues of urinary bladder. The tissues specimens were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen during surgical resection and stored in cryo-vials at -80 degree Centigrade till Spectral recording. |
