Study Summary | At each time point (4, 12, 24 h), ALI basolateral media was collected and incubated 1:1 in ice-cold 100% methanol for 30 minutes on ice, vortexing every 10 minutes. Basolateral media was centrifuged at 20,000 × 𝑔 for 10 minutes at 4°C, and further diluted in 50% methanol prior to mass spectrometry plate loading. |
