Sampleprep Summary:	A total of ~3 μl of AH and ∼0.5-1 mm3 of TM per mice was used for phospholipid extraction using modified Bligh and Dyer extraction method[13,14]. Phospholipids extracted in the lower organic phase were dried using a Speed-Vac (Model 7810014; Labconco, Kansas City, MO), and then flushed with argon gas for oxidation prevention. Proteins procured from the upper aqueous phase were quantified using a suitable modification of Bradford’s method.
