Each sample, 180 ul, was transferred to a 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tube and mixed with 20 µL of a deuterated phosphate buffer (30 mmol L-1, pH 7.4) and an internal standard 2,2-dimethyl-2-silapentane-5-sulfonate-d6 (DSS, 1 mmol L-1) and transferred to a 3-mm NMR tube (Bruker). |
