Project Title:Metabolomic analysis of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis in mice and humans
Project Summary:This project aims to understand the metabolic changes associated with the transition of NAFLD to NASH using a mouse model fed a high trans fat diet. This portion, in particular, focuses on targeted lipidomics, whereas a future portion will be untargeted lipidomics.
