Project Title:Effects of Zinc on GI tract metabolites
Project Summary:This experiment tested the affects of different diets on mice esophagus metabolites. The diets ranged from zinc sufficient to zinc deficient and a third group that included zinc deficient mice that were put back on zinc sufficient diets.
