Project Title:Fecal metabolome of Guangzhou Nutrition and Health Study (GNHS)

Project Summary:Our study was based on the Guangzhou Nutrition and Health Study (GNHS). This study aims to investigate the relationships among human nutrition, environmental factors, gut microbiome and human diseases.The data from the control arm of a case-control study for hip fraction was also included in this project to replicate our findings.
