Untargeted metabolomic analysis revealed different metabolic profiles between SSWT and SSKcnj16-/- rats, with 219, 790, and 31 differentially expressed metabolites in plasma, urine, and kidney in SSKcnj16-/- rats compared to SSWT rats. |
