| Sampleprep ID: | SP000464 |
| Sampleprep Summary: | Sixty human urine samples were thawed on ice. Aliquots of 50 uL urine samples were mixed with 50uL of 50% acetonitrile in water with 150uM d5-trptophan (internal standard). The mixture was vortexed at 3000rpm for 30s, and centrifuged at 21000g at 4 oC for 10 min. An aliquot of 100 uL supernatant was transferred to HPLC vials and analyzed by LC/MS. |
