Study Summary | There are two groups of mice in the study, wild type mice (WT) and mdx/mTR mice (mdx or mdx/mTR) that are a model of musclar dystrophy. We collected the tibialis anterior muscles from these mice (N=6 in each group), and would like to perform TCA-plus analysis and shotgun lipidomics analysis on the mice, and compare across the two groups. |
