Media was supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 2% glutamine and 1% antibiotics (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA). Cells were maintained under a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 at 37°C. These cell lines were negative for mycoplasma and all other infectious agents evaluated. |
