Collection:
Collection ID: | CO002156 |
Collection Summary: | Plasma was obtained from the blood samples upon centrifugation and stored at −80 °C until analysis. |
Sample Type: | Blood (plasma) |
Treatment:
Treatment ID: | TR002175 |
Treatment Summary: | The mouse model was induced via MCAO using a 6-0 nylon monolayer suture. Animals were anesthetized with 2% isoflurane in 30% oxygen and 70% nitrous oxide using a face mask. The mice were anesthetized, and blood was collected by retro-orbital bleeding using sterile capillary tubes. |
Sample Preparation:
Sampleprep ID: | SP002169 |
Sampleprep Summary: | plasma samples were processed through a simple protein precipitation technique using 150 µL of ice-cold methanol using plasma methanol ratio of 1:3. After the addition of methanol, the mixture was then vortexed and centrifuged at 20,800×g for 10 min at 4 °C. |
