Study CommentsPlasma and kidney samples were originally prepped in June 2014 and analyzed on our first TripleTOF. George Michailidis has requested they be re-analyzed to compare results between platforms. N/R #91-111 are new samples that will be prepared for this experiment (n = 40). WHEN ANALYZING: need to separate by tissue (P, K, N, R) for imputation of missing values. Want raw data and normalized to IS.
