Study TitleLipidomics study of curcumin and epigallocatechin gallate on IgE-mediated degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells
Study SummaryThis study provides novel insights into the potential anti-allergic mechanism of food-derived curcumin and EGCG, and then facilitates the discovery of drug target and the development of diagnostic methods for allergic diseases.

Project Title:Lipidomics Investigation of Curcumin and Epigallocatechin Gallate on IgE-Mediated Degranulation of RBL-2H3 Cells
Project Summary:In this study, an IgE-mediated RBL-2H3 cell degranulation model was firstly developed. Then, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) was used to perform the non-targeted lipidomics study, in order to investigate the effects and mechanism of curcumin/EGCG on IgE-mediated RBL-2H3 cells degranulation.
