DiseaseMethylmalonic aciduria type TCblR (MMATC) [MIM:613646]: A metabolic disorder characterized by increased blood C3- acylcarnitine levels, elevated methylmalonate and homocysteine, and low uptake of transcobalamin-bound cobalamin, but normal conversion to adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin.
